Women in STEM - I'm Still Learning

The first thing i tell women, american women of all races, is, the worst thing you can do is to tell your daughter that you are not good in math. We must teach our children to read and think well and to work on worry problems at an early age. The big problem with mine, sad, is that so often we and stem think it's not for a lot of people. But if they are having some trouble, they probably should leave it. That's one of our problems. Only about five % of those bachelors degrees in our country associated with these areas, compared to 11% in Europe.
