Theo macdonald's economic agender was not profoundly radical by historic standards. But anything that pushes back against the neo liberal consensus is seen as threatening and menacing, he says. It would have opened up a dynamic process of economic intervention er and er with an objective of a socialist government. i disagree with him when he he said labour would introduce no capital controls, for example. Because that, to me, would be some sort of capital control almost essential to keep aradical government in power.
