Do You Have a Strong Side?
It's very hard to make sure you know your worth, especially if you're coming from like this would come where process is pretty standard. In Czech Republic, there are more offers, especially this last I don't know, half a year when companies are into reopening their positions and then frozen the hiring. And so it might be in good news that some demographics have more offers than demands even. But it's more of a rare occasion, I guess.
