The Evolution of Continuous Learning
As an intern, I remember doing the analytics behind our Employee Engagement Survey. Then I was asked to go look at this research project on accountability. So there was all the pieces right there. Didn't know what to call it. And so we had like, the names have changed so many times. It went from Global Talent Management to I think to HR strategy at one point. We switched it to talent management in general, talent and culture. And then eventually it became insights and assessments, which is what it was like now.
