The Strategy Is Simple, but Implementation Is Tough
The strategy in itself is simple, but the implementation is a little tricky. The extra short call is actually the equivalent of a covered call against the underlying stock position. So you literally have no risk of the stock going higher, but you've cut off the upside and that is what comes with it.
