When you're talking about hay, it's not wanting done. I've lived through very large transactions where we thought we were getting close to the end, and then suddenly a new buyer's involved. The corps intent of us trying to think about exit criteria on our end, though, is for the teams that were coaching and training. We want to help provide some clarity at the end of the day.
