How Do We Calculate the Utility of Public Parks?
Theodore colat: How do we calculate or value the utility that these spaces provide a city, compared to the foregone tax revenue and economic activity that might otherwise occupy thi space? Hoka: There are very few people who would say that cities should not have parks. The question then becomes, how do you deliver it? And i think this is where we struggle with what we look like in my city of San Francisco.
