The Federal Judiciary's Legitimacy Is at a Crucible Moment

This is not the first time where folks are calling out these sort of extra spicy dissents that are written not for their legal merit, but rather in order to at either drum up the base, or to write to the supreme court. The fourth circuit thing, i thinktas, was different, but in some ways, in some ways more problematic. These indit things are just, i think that the other people on this court are criminals, which is sure, but think that's a diference between em the unqualified judges writing to sents too.
