The Evolution of Apple's Lisa
The Lisa was an important evolutionary step for Apple, but it didn't do very well. There were four reasons, I think, that it was a commercial failure. $10,000 when other personal computers were $2,000 was just like a whole other level. The software ecosystem was quite limited. It wasn't compatible with any of the other computing systems at the time.
