The Story of Sartra

This episode is a story from philosophy that i'd like to tell you. It's a story to bring context to everything we've learned so far. To fully understand sartra's concept of radical freedom and responsibility, we have to understand his phenomenology. The story begins with descartes, godfather of modern philosophy. Heis a mathematician turned philosopher fascinated by the level of certainty we can have whand we say things like one plus one equals two. And he wants to try to emulate this process of mathematical certainty and apply it to thinking.
