The Leg Press Is a Unique Exercise, Right?

The leg press is such a unique exercise in that way. It's because you're strapped in there and you can rest at the bottom, right? When you're, when you got a muffin, like that, the position. And it's almost always, if you pick a eight or nine rep max load, it almost feels like you could always got one more no matter where you've stopped the set at. So I don't think that makes it a subpar extra. But it is an outlier for what we're discussing by far.
