The first article of their state constitution is in place, but have they really thought these roads? We would need to pay for the roads that are state roads. Picking a state food, it might be the flounder. Teachers certifications would all have to be done differently. The state bird should just be flipping the birds. Of course, secession could mean war. And that's something no one would want to see.
