Dr. Keating: I think a good scientist should be dispassionate and not do what I used to do, which is to win an Nobel Prize. He says we have too many theorists in the field of cosmology but that it's easier to create new theories than prove existing ones wrong. The 21st century will see some progress in our understanding of gravity, he adds. Dr. Keating also talks about life in the cosmos, the origin of the cosmos, and consciousness.
