I know that most people are encouraged to maintain a certain level of physical activity during pregnancy for the health of themselves and for the baby. In terms of things that feel safe or not safe or like good idea or not, I don't know. Maybe bench press seems kind of weird. That's really the only lifting activity I can think of that if I saw an extremely pregnant person doing it would make me nervous.
