The Lord's Prayer - The Order of Charity
The lord's prayer is a kind of outline the desires of charity. It teaches us what to desire in the order we ought to desire it. As such, it's the most perfect prayer. Saints like ignatius loyola and tretof avila commend simply reciting the lord's prayer so slowly and meditatively. But from scripture that we can directly pray for all kinds of things that are not explicitly mentioned in theLord's prayer. There are innumerable good works that god could call us to perform,. countless situations in life that require specific graces or even temporal goods.
