Self Inquiry and Self Knowledge

The key requirement for self inquiry and self knowledge is a quiet mind. This means a mind that's not overrun with distracting thoughts. The mind doesn't need to be perfectly quiet though, right? Because that's not even possible. It's just quiet enough. To be able to get to a place where we can really derive benefits from self inquiry is basically what I'm describing to you. Therapy is amazing if you can have access to it and you find the right therapist. But I want to fill you with hope that you can start this journey on your own too.
