The Life Releasing Aspect of Christ's Death

Christ's sufferings are of two categories. Those who are accomplishing redemption, which were completed by Christ himself and those who are producing and building the church. Only Christ suffered for our redemption. There is no way, no need for us to participate in this. But there is another kind of suffering that ministers life to the church or the building up of the body of Christ. We cannot participate in Christ's sufferings for redemption, but we must take part of the sufferings of Christ for the producing and buildingup of the body.
