Should I Do Heavy Work for the Shoulders?

I get asked this regarding calves and biceps as well, different exercises and rep ranges. For example, how useful is doing heavy work for the shoulders? And by heavy, let's let's say anything over probably 80 % of one amax on on any exercise. I tend to focus on mid rep ranges. It is quite difficult, am, to hit some of those heavier, strength rep ranges without kind of risking injuries. So i tend to work through a moderate to high rep range on small muscle groups. The m heavier exercises for am through the lower rip ranges for im, the big hitting am exercises. Amd don't know whether i've got anything super im ground breaking to give
