Nebir's a Lens Flare?

North pole veing station is one of the best vantage points to see neber. But it takes specially designed aircraft to get there from other parts of the world. The angle at which we're able to view where neber was coming from is obviscated by the rest of the northern hemisphere. So only at certain times of the year would we be able to even see light that's being shon off nebir.
