I think a lot of people are trying to do that on their own. And so they get fearful. I would have patients again who were under eating and wanted to lose weight. When I would bring that up, like, well, actually, we need to have you fueled up,. They'd have there's I have having hormone issues. Or helping support blood sugar. So there's a lot of layers to that too. But just like dieting, if someone comes in under eating and they're like, I want to lose weight... Well, first thing, I'm not going to cut your calories. Right? Because you all respond like you're already under eating.
