It's not intended to sort of shame people about whatever stage of awareness they're in or what have you it's only to say given that our highest aim is safety um for for everyone. We are go as long as you don't do anything to disrupt the safety of the community at large facing 10 commandments if you know. If your views inhibit your ability to uh run a group effectively then we're going to have to address that and potentially remove you from the training.
