The Importance of Focusing on Individual Stories

You just have to make sure that your focus, your heart doesn't change. It's easier to remove yourself from that at a bigger church. Having the heart of Jesus means you're going to stay engaged in those one at a time stories. And admittedly, it's a different job to Scripture. Because now you're managing people, ideas, a big organization.
