Is Campusing a Power Training Tool?

I've always felt like campusing is just kind of a strain. And it's more often that you're like tensing really hard to hold yourself there with your upper body while you drive with your lower body. Like I feel like I rarely do an actual pull up on a climb. So the speed out which I could pull through the pull up muscles is always helpful for power. But yeah, like very small amount because you you start to lose speed right away. Do like three and then maybe take a three to five minute rest and maybe do like three reps or three sets of that.
