How to Read Emotions Better
If you can only perceive like two or three different emotions, I think you're more likely than potentially to go down the path of like anger or defensiveness. You use emotions very openly to actually come to cool conclusions and to unlock new insights. If you feel something and it's negative, pull away from that conversation immediately. Give yourself time to cool down. Learn how to control that more before you re-engage. But that takes practice and time.
