Neuropathy

Dr. Gupta: I want to see if I can squeeze into real quick cases of complications of proteasome inhibitors, beginning with a case from Dr. Gupta. 74 year old woman had excellent performance status at that time. She started on standard dose of Leno Lidomide, Bortizumiv and dexamethasone. Within two, three months of starting the treatment, she developed severe neuropathy predominantly in the right hand.
