The Popularity of the Law and Justice
Law and justice does not have constitutional majority. They cannot change the constitution, so it is why they use ordinary laws to go around the constitutions. If you look in popularity, 5.7 million of people voted for law and justice. This was support in 2015, and I think we still have similar support. It was just coincidence that two parties almost missed the threshold in 2015,. Law and justice has, for the first time in the Polish history, the majority and they do not have to form the solution.
