Can You Smoke a Cigar?

I love cigars. I enjoy them in moderation, as cigar connoisseurs do. But 18 is no longer an acceptable age for adults to decide whether or not they would like to enjoy a cigar. The fda came in and said, let's just raise it. Now it's 21. And then we saw some countries propose that anybody born after a certain date would not be allowed to purchase tobacco at all because they wanted to essentially eliminate the product. If you are above the age of 18 right now, your 21, you can still smoke. However, if you're born after this particular year, sorry, you'll never be able to purchase a cigar or a pipe, or anything
