The War on Terrorism

This is a piece by Jil Hoffman. He wrote about the Canadian truckers for us. And due to his Canadian passport, he does not get killed or even sometimes hassled when he travels to places where the American footprint is particularly deep. I was also reminded of this piece when I saw some footage of Iraqi Hezbollah taking out US tanks using what looked like almost a comically large pipe-like device. It's hard to see how the US is ultimately going to recover from these transformations that in large measure the US itself is responsible for kicking off.
