Don't Spend Four Hundred Hours on a Free Web Site
A free web site should be probably five to ten hours, maybe 15. Set constraints and make sure it's very clear what you are going to be delivering on this project. Make sure a testimonials is required in every single one of your projects. You don't want to have three projects in your portfolio in the no testimonials section. And just like the rule o'three an everything else, you can have a column of three nestial looks great.
