How I Left New Zealand and Came Out to Australia
In 2011, I had to give it back. 2012, yeah. But you made a few bucks on the way through. That's when I bought my first property. Then in 2010, there was another property just next door behind it. And then I bought over there in the Indian area called us Bakaranga in itself. In 2015, used equity and bought another property in New Zealand. It's in Auckland, same suburb? No. Another suburb that's next to the beach called us Hoeck. Okay. Back in 2021, I remember that evaluation came to 1.2. Today is approximately more than a million.
