The Importance of Being Civil in Interviews
I remember interviewing with jobs that it was a whole, where the person showed up like didn't show up the first time. And then that can time the second at bat was like, they asked me some weird Greek algorithm question and I don't know what you were saying. But fortunately, my daughter was born a month later. So I just took off five months. It's hard to prove that somebody discriminated, especially based on, you know, like somebody having a kid on the way. Yeah. If you were hiring people, do not ask those things. Just be very aware of those labor laws.
