I don't think that what we have seen so far in terms of remote work is anything like that type of elemental change in what the city is. In a lot of particular ways, the city is not borrowing in the same way that it was in the late 60s and early 1970s. Its short term debt is just not, there's no comparison between the two moments. That's what really created the fiscal crisis itself and the situation is just really different right now. If anything, it seems to me that part of the problem of New York right now is that it's so expensive to live here and that that's actually causing people to leave.
