Thatcherism and the Opportunity to Remake Yourself

I don't think it was part of the Thatcherite pitch. There was obviously the promise of consumer, a consumerist vision there that was appealing and economic growth after stagflation. And I agree with Alex that Thatcherism kind of laid the ground for the woke politics that is eventually, you know, that has emerged since. But I think they, both Steve, Steve and Simon, I think they underestimated the appeal and the pitch of Thatcherism.
