The dominant ideology in law schools is something called, like the legal process school of thought. And that idea is that if you use basic rules of like lgic and deduction, and maybe a few interpretive rules we'll call them canons of construction um, you can get answers, and that's it, and you don't need anything else. The thing about this is that it's predominantly liberals, am, who a espouse this idea.
