The Importance of Familiarity in Running

With running, I think that the familiarity with the distances and the races make a big difference. A lot of people do it that where you know what is quote unquote good and bad for you. And so there's no fear, there's no apprehensive about any of them doing a vertical jump test because it doesn't mean anything to them. There's like every four or five weeks go over to the mat, you know, let's see how you can get mostly because they like it.
