Meditation - The Science of Meditation
The state of meditation is essential for any person who's interested in developing themselves as a human being. Without that experience, we're only left with all the conditioning factors that cause us to suffer. To reach profound wisdom, which in Sanskrit is called pranya, we need to liberate the consciousness from its conditioned state. And that liberated state, when it is not conditioned, is called in Sanskrit samadhi - translated here as ecstasy.
