The Importance of Neurodiversity
I want to kind of dive in a little bit to like what neurodiversity actually means because this work gets tossed around so much right now and it is kind of a buzz word. I think people will see neurodiversity as meaning you know everybody who's not so-called neurotypical whereas in fact neurodiversity means everybody. We have long debates amongst myself and our subject matter experts about the tiny nuances of language. On the one hand I think that people shouldn't be scared of language in this field but on the other hand making a good effort to talk about neurodiversity in any sense is going to lead to good things.
