I thought we were going to be talking more about over-pronation and pronation but actually it's not really about it because it doesn't exist anyway. The higher you go the more over-pronated you get, the lower you go theMore supernation you get which is the opposite of rolling out. If you have a someone starting at level two and they end at level three so the maximum or the flatters that are flat your feet can get, they have moved one level.
