Is There a Moratorium or a Neutralization?
Proposals are essentially saying, we'd prefer to have this war go on rather than settle it. And my argument is that e pease might well work in this case, and we ought to give it a try. It should really be tried, and i think there's a good chance it will work. But to reject that means basically, you want to continue with the war, which is going to get complete. I guess there's no formula you can run equation algorithm. You just have to make the best decisions you can about whether to intervene or not. And then who knows? Ye.
