I think accidents play a big role in most of these things, but guess what? Accidents created a penicillin. I feel like the nixtamalization of corn is very similar to the alkaline noodles in Asia. And you can cook these ramen noodles at a higher temperature and it will stand in a hot broth. You take corn, dry corn, and you mix it with lie. Yeah. This to me deserves a place though because, yeah, so you you next time I was by mixing it with like a base, like lie, which breaks down the corn and then allows you to make masa makes tortillas and everything that comes from masa.
