I think the very fundamental building blocks can be done just by reading a lot of books, maybe listening to podcasts. And there are so many amazing running books out there where you're actually learning about the physiology behind training. Once you start getting to four or five books into the same subject, you really start seeing the similarities. You know, it's an element of style. It's where the art of coaching comes in. We want to keep people active, happy and healthy. If as a coach, we're prescribing too much intensity, too soon, we're going to have athletes that are on the sideline.
