LP Market Outlook: Mosaic Transactions Are the Taste of the Month

The average number of buyers in a mosaic transaction last year actually rose to 3.5. That's up from 2.4 in 2021. The historical secondary is pricing since 2013 up until 2022 is at a 10 year low across all strategies, and is also at a 10-year low for buyouts as well. Pricing for infrastructure was supported by robust demand chasing diversified fund portfolios with exposure to underlying assets that are inflation here and recession resilient.
