The Importance of Establishing Trust in Your Team

The first is addressing the pain point. When you know what your team's experiencing, when you're in tune with them, you're listening and open to feedback. If somebody posts a video of you staying this online, they'll actually communicate that they really made their team feel seen in her. They were compassionate and empathetic in their approach. And then the next step is what you expect from your team. This is the plan. Here's what we can do moving forward. Any other thoughts or questions on this, this template?
