It's a very talent driven market, right? I think you just called it a seller's market, the seller being the talent in that example. So if you have that skill set, particularly in video animation, it is a great time. There's a lot of demand. And part of that is because we've had, I would say people's viewing habits have increased over the past two years in terms of the amount of content that they're consuming.
