Sean: I don't know if I agree with you that like remote can't work for a long period of time Look, the thing to remember about retention and and like if people leave people don't quit companies. They quit leaders Yeah, right and people quit cultures So it's not and I don't think that that has to do with remote or in person Like Mike: A great leader can lead remotely and I think they can do it in person Right and there's probably different types And I think cultures can be built entirely remote or entirely in person or or somewhere in betweenlike You know, I think there's a lot of good things being said here Sean especially for this new hire for you
