Are Alarm Clocks a Good Way to Wake Up?

i wonder if this is purely personal, a personal question. Alarm clocks are quite like an abracive way to wake up in a sense that you're fast asleep and then suddenly people wake up. Timilo wa: If you' keep your wake up time fairly consistent and it's relatively close to your chronotype, that would be the ideal situation. Riht e ta says that you actually sleptnou o wake up our anticipated wakeing time - so tat robe doe, perfect. Smuch. But i loucing ringing noises and sonetss, it's not great. Great.
