Habits are powerful but delicate. They can emerge outside our consciousness or can be deliberately designed. They often occur witout our permission, but can be reshaped by fiddling with their parts. The science part of this i found just really interesting, and he tells it in a very engaging and easy to follow way. And finally, number eight on the list is another book i might have mentioned in the past, but i know it hasn't been the focus of an episode.
