Can ASL Mark Rhetorical Questions?

I seem to notice that Chinese discourse uses more rhetorical questions in English. It could be confirmation bias or just like because I'm specifically queued to look for their rhetorical structures. In American Sign Language, they use a lot of rhetorical questions also. No, that's interesting. Actually, how does ASL mark a question? There's like, like there's spatial stuff,. Yeah, yes. Raise your eyebrows right? One of them is raise your eyebrows or I think you can also do the verb, not verb kind of thing in some instances.
