Alex Stonewalled His Way Into a Damages Trial

I feel like rarely rarely anybody drags their feet this long or, or, you know, pushes it this far. And I think both he and his lawyer wish they were in a different place, but they're not. Yeah, that's the thing that I find so frustrating about a lot of responses that I see from people who aren't paying close attention. Alex absolutely would have gotten a trial on the merits if he just cooperated in any way.
