The FBI's Analysis of the AT&T Bombing
The FBI concluded Tony Warner's detonation of the improvised explosive device was an intentional act in an effort to end his own life. The explosion took out AT&T phone communications and crippled numerous 911 call centers across the entire southeast region for days. "There are simply too many what-ifs that could have gone wrong, and it's nothing short of a miracle," says Nashville Mayor David Briley.
